The workplace climate the request and implementation of accommodations. In this section I explore how to create more wellbeing and accessibility through the workplace climate.
Workplace climate impacts accessibility in a variety of ways that I have felt firsthand. In this section, I'll be loading the experiences I've had with workplace climate and link it to my academic work on organizational psychology.
Climate is impacted by mergers and acquisitions, pandemics, external crisis response, or competitive vs collaborative workplace dynamics. In turn, each of these impact responses to accommodations and uniquely affect disabled employees.
